Lara Laskowski
Lara's love for nature blossomed on her family's 75-acre farm in Croydon, New Hampshire. Inspired by her father, a farmer and woodsman, and nurtured by the gardens of her mother and grandmother, Lara found her true home in the forests and fields. As a young mom, she cherished nature walks and picnics with her two sons, creating lasting memories among the trees and streams.
After her sons grew up, Lara turned to hiking, both solo and with a hiking group, finding peace and solace in the woods, a welcome escape from her demanding 30-year career in healthcare. In 2022, she became a certified Forest Therapy Guide through The Forest Therapy School.
Now residing in Rhode Island, Lara delights in sharing her passion for nature with her two grandchildren and guides Forest Therapy walks for individuals, couples, and corporations.
Lara is a graduate of The Forest Therapy School’s Guide Certification Program.
